Record exactly how to find your site and whether it is recorded or protected.

Enter the official name for the site or ‘unknown’ if you are unsure. Example: St Michael’s, Newtown, Berkshire, RG79 8DX

Other names

Enter any other local terms by which the site is known or leave blank. Example: Locally known as the grave of the ‘Fighter Pilot’

Related sites

Enter the names of any related sites and NGRs if known, separated by commas or leave blank.

Directions

Enter the site’s position in its locality and road, or in the landscape. Example: the drill hall is located mid-way along the southern side of the street close to a postbox.
