Term and conditions

Check the box to agree to the Home Front Legacy project’s terms and conditions relating to health and safety responsibility and sharing of your data for the furtherance of the project.

Save

Save your form regularly as you complete it. If you anticipate a poor signal on-site, click Save to cache the form to your device enabling you to complete it offline.

Submit

Submit your form and any photographs or files you have attached. If you are working offline in the field, click Save and then Submit once your WiFi or 3G signal returns. Your form will autosave every ten minutes.

You can only complete one site recording form at a time. Once you have submitted the form, the fields will clear and you can submit another site. Your recording data will be held in a database by the project to be accessed by the relevant Historic Environment Record service. Once submitted, it cannot be edited.

Please give the name of the recording contact and a contact email and the name of your volunteer group and/or project if relevant. This information will not appear in public records but will be retained with your data for reference.

Reset

If you do not wish to submit the information you have entered, you can reset the form and start again.
